Belaste began as a final dream of a dying man; created by desperation, formed by blood, and now thriving by innovation.The northern island is Taarelia's crowning jewel of technology. Incredibly self-sufficient they have built a place of exceptionalism allowing them to solely provide. Whether or not it is done from a place of virtuousness or as a form of control remains to be seen.
